Did you know that in Travis County, after February 14, 2014, per Travis County Code Section 82.934 (c), SWPPP’s must be prepared by a Professional Engineer (P.E.), or a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC)? And that once you have your plan in place, per Travis County Code Section 82.934 (c), SWPPP inspections and reports must be prepared and signed by either a Professional Engineer (P.E.), a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC), a Certified Erosion, Sediment, and Storm Water Inspector (CESSWI), or a Certified Inspector of Erosion and Sediment Control (CISEC).
